It’s an honor to be an instructor for Spin to Break the Cycle.  It allows me to do what I love to do (leading a fitness class) while raising funds for kids.

“I am honored to be participating in Spin to Break the Cycle. I fully support the mission of World Sport Chicago to provide assistance and programs for underserved and at risk youth in our communities. Participation in STBTC allows me to lead a team of dedicated, caring cyclists through a solid workout with unified goal to help Chicago’s youth. It doesn’t get any better than that!”

Antonia DeSantis

I am beyond thrilled to be a part of Spin to Break the Cycle this year. This time I have my team with me and will be doing our part to raise money for this worthy cause....and sharing the energy we have in class with everyone else there as well. I cant wait! :)

Antonia has been teaching indoor cycling for 8 years. Originally from NYC, she moved out to Chicago to open up Flywheel and now teaches at Studio Three Peloton. She also teach pilates mega-former classes at Studio Lagree and is certified through ISSA as a personal trainer. She have been active her entire life, growing up swimming & dancing, and later competing in marathons and triathlons. She is now participating in century bike ride events, and competing in the swim portions of triathlons like the Chicago Triathlon Relay last summer. She has to modify some of her activities the older she gets, but there is no way she slowing down! :)
